Carlos Hernandez is the District Webmaster for the Osceola County School District. Carlos has been with the school district for twenty-two years and held the following positions; Title I Community Liaison, Executive Assistant to the Director of Special Programs, and currently District Webmaster. As a key member of Osceola Schools' communications team, Carlos manages the school district's website, mass notification (dial-out) system, and mobile app. Additionally, he also manages the district's customer service platform (Let's Talk!) and provides training and support to all district users across all platforms. Carlos is also responsible for creating a majority of the district's digital and print materials. His work has been awarded multiple national and state awards through NSPRA and SUNSPRA over the past five years in which he has been in his current role. Carlos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
