Strong brands depend on consistency, but consistency becomes increasingly difficult when multiple people are creating content across schools, departments, and programs. Without clear systems, communicators often spend valuable time locating files, correcting branding issues, and recreating materials that already exist. In this Mini Lab, participants will explore practical ways to organize logos, colors, fonts, graphics, templates, and other shared assets so communication teams and district partners can create materials more efficiently while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. Through examples and demonstrations, attendees will learn how to build brand resource systems that save time, improve consistency, and support scalable communication practices.
