In this Mini Lab, participants will explore practical ways to transform survey results and community feedback into dashboards, visual summaries, one-page reports, and stakeholder updates that improve understanding and transparency. Through real-world examples and demonstrations, attendees will learn how to organize findings, highlight key themes, tailor reporting for different audiences, and create resources that help stakeholders quickly understand the most important takeaways and how feedback will inform future decisions.
