NSPRA Studio: Design Track
Most
school communicators use Canva regularly, but many have never taken the time to intentionally organize the platform for long-term success. As a result, files become difficult to find, templates
multiply, assets become inconsistent, and valuable time is lost searching for content or recreating designs. This highly interactive Studio session helps participants transform Canva from a
collection of projects into an organized communication workspace that supports faster production, stronger brand consistency, and more efficient collaboration. Working directly in Canva throughout
the session, participants will reorganize their own accounts while learning advanced organization strategies, best practices, and overlooked platform features that experienced users rely on every
day. Rather than simply learning where Canva features are located, participants will discover how thoughtful organization and smart platform setup create a foundation for every communication project
that follows.

Building
a Campaign Production Engine
School
communicators rarely create just one piece of content. In this fast-paced build-along session, participants will transform a single communication project into a complete multi-platform campaign while
mastering Canva's most powerful production tools. Using real district communication scenarios, participants will create multiple assets from a single design while learning workflows that dramatically
reduce repetitive work.

Canva
Shortcuts & Time Savers
Experienced
Canva users often know the basics—but many of the platform's biggest time-saving features go unused. In this fast-paced, hands-on session, participants will explore the shortcuts, hidden tools, and
advanced workflows that experienced school communicators rely on every week to work faster and produce higher-quality content. Working alongside the presenter, participants will complete a series of
timed design challenges while learning practical techniques that eliminate repetitive tasks, simplify editing, speed up collaboration, and improve day-to-day efficiency. Rather than simply learning
where Canva features are located, participants will discover how thoughtful organization and smart platform setup create a foundation for every communication project that
follows.
