Serving in a new position, Communication Coordinator, established in 2019 for the Ventura Unified School District, I plan, coordinate and implement a comprehensive public and staff information program; develop a district communications strategy and lead the District in providing effective communications platforms that engage students, staff, families, and community, manage effective media, community, and public relations; build community partnerships and promote understanding and support for the District through public awareness; serve as a spokesperson for the District in media relations.
