For five years, I've worked as the Associate Communications Director for Utah's fifth-largest school district, serving as a spokesperson for the Administration and Board of Education and co-managing a talented creative team of seven. Prior to Canyons, I worked as a senior editor and writer for the University of Utah's $3 billion division of Health Sciences, which encompasses the medical school, and research and clinical care operations. I also have 15 years of experience as a professional journalist, most of which was spent covering education, politics and health care for Utah's largest daily newspaper, The Salt Lake Tribune.
